The Role
Be at the heart of high-profile projects as you manage the end-to-end process for large-scale construction initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for architecture and design who are looking to shape the built environment by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You will also be the bridge between internal teams, external clients, and industry stakeholders, contributing to successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination / Management: Coordinate all project phases from design specification to order placement, installation, and post-project follow-up.
Client Engagement: Develop strong partnerships with architects, interior designers, and builders to understand their project needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales and Showroom Support: Work closely with the sales team by assisting with project follow-ups, proposals, designs, quotes, and showroom visits to showcase the latest product innovations.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key industry players, expanding the company's network within the design and construction community.
Technical Support: Assist in the accurate detailing of project quotes and orders to ensure seamless execution.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any roadblocks through CRM and Salesforce.
Quality Assurance: Guarantee project cost accuracy and work closely with clients to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Experience or background in Architecture, Design, or Construction industries
- Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with lighting, architectural products, or related technical fields is a plus
- Competence in using CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
Salary and Benefits
- $70,000 to $100,000 + Super
