About Us: No Bull Blinds is a reputable provider of premium window treatments, specializing in custom curtains blinds and shutters. We have recently opened a brand new workroom dedicated to producing our high-quality products. We are seeking a dedicated Curtain Workroom Supervisor who can assist lead the setup process and ensure the smooth operation of our new workroom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Train a team of curtain makers, seamstresses, and workroom staff.
- Supervise and lead the workroom team, providing guidance and support as they adapt to the new environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to define standard operating procedures and ensure efficient production processes.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all curtains meet our high standards.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment, enforcing safety protocols and promoting teamwork.
- Coordinate with other departments, to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
- Provide regular reports to management on workroom performance, productivity, and any challenges faced.
- This is a hands on role
- Assist in the hiring of new staff

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the curtain industry
- Strong knowledge of curtain construction techniques & fabrics.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Proficiency in using workroom tools and machinery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
