MAISON de SABRÉ is seeking a qualified and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team.

**Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suitable suppliers; establishing and maintaining good relationships with them;
- Planning and executing procurement activities, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures;
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and engaging in negotiations to establish purchase terms and agreements;
- Create and distribute purchase orders and formal agreements;
- Reducing procurement costs through effective procurement strategies and efficient supply chain management;
- Continuously track supplier performance and promptly resolve any issues or concerns;
- Analyze market and demand trends and work with senior management to develop and implement sourcing strategies;
- Ensure purchasing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are regularly updated and adhered to;
- Evaluate current and potential suppliers to ensure a reliable and competitive supply of products;
- Monitor accuracy rates, purchase and return metrics, and defective items to make informed quality control decisions;
- Setting appropriate reorder points for products using historical consumption data, sales projections, and supply chain lead times to maintain consistent stock availability for both products and packaging;
- Preparing procurement reports and analyses, providing data support and decision-making insights to key stakeholders regarding procurement activities;
- Analysing, structuring, and managing the information and data pertaining to procurement while offering suggestions on procurement-related policy and business strategies;
- Coordinating and communicating with various internal departments to ensure procurement needs are accurately conveyed and timely met.
- Tertiary qualifications in fields such as procurement, business or commerce;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a procurement role;
- Strong knowledge of methods and processes within the luxury goods industry;
- Strong conceptual, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage effectively with all organisational levels, from executives to front-line staff;
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and purchasing software programs.

The salary offered is based upon the award but will may be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week.

Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
