**What you’ll be working on**

As a Operations Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of operations professionals for 3PL warehousing within our Service Logistics division.

Our Service Logistics team delivers complex supply chain solutions based on a unique warehousing network performing at the highest standards as well as providing a wide range of transport services with a focus on time critical deliveries to our customers across Australia.
- Supervise warehouse operations for selected customer accounts in the regional distribution center at Banksmeadow (putaway, pick, pack, ship, value add) to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled and internal and external KPI’s are achieved
- Supervise your 3PL warehouse operations team with regards to training, development, attendance, coordination of workflow and shift arrangements and live a culture of motivating staff to go above and beyond
- Ensure high efficiencies of your assigned Service Logistics warehouse operation and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on service performance, customer requirements and operational efficiencies
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and the Service Logistics team as well with FedEx transport stations to ensure on time delivery performance and support with the implementation of special processes where required
- Ensure full compliance across your area of responsibility (warehousing, transport, Chain of responsibility, SOP’s, audits) and WHS legislation requirements resulting in a safe work environment for all stakeholders
- Work together with Customers and Sales Departments in ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external clients
- Work closely with the HR Department to ensure we recruit experienced operations support agents and for our 3PL warehouse
- Conduct Staff Performance Reviews to align on work performance and agreed goals

- Hands on operations experience with the ability to problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
