Field Support Specialist – Sydney Metro / Central Coast

About the Role

As a Field Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide exceptional clinical support in hospital and theatre environments for trauma and elective cases.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, as well as within your own team.
  • Deliver product education and training through in-servicing, workshops, and hands-on support.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient management of inventory and product logistics.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, offering solutions and maintaining a high standard of service.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a medical-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (theatre experience highly desirable).
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in delivering training sessions and effective communication.
  • A commitment to customer service excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility for on-call support and after-hours service.
