About the role

- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop construction teams, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Oversee contractual obligations, scope changes, and claims management to minimise risk.
- Provide input on constructability, manage scope adjustments, and maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
About you
- Trade qualification or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management or project delivery, preferably in mining, heavy civil, or structural remediation projects.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and claims management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, capable of leading large on-site teams (80+ personnel) in a FIFO environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- White Card and relevant FIFO site inductions; able to commit to a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth.
- Comfortable on remote or metropolitan sites, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
