We have secured several new scopes of work in the goldfields, for the civil construction of long-distance pipelines, pump stations, and borefields. These projects reinforce our commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that support water resource management and sustainable development.
We are in a large-scale recruiting phase for several disciplines that cover engineering, construction management and project delivery and now is the right time to join a company enjoying a large growth phase.
Pipeline Construction
- Site Preparation & Earthworks – Clearing, grading, and excavation to establish a stable foundation for pipeline installation.
- Trenching & Pipeline Installation – Precision trenching, pipe laying, welding, pressure testing, and protective coating application.
- Structural Reinforcement – Implementing erosion control, retaining structures, and ground stabilization for long-term durability.
Borefield Development
- Site Access & Preparation – Establishing access roads, drilling platforms, and support infrastructure.
- Drilling & Well Construction – Borehole drilling, casing installation, gravel packing, and connection to the pipeline network.
- Pump System Integration – Installing submersible pumps, electrical controls, and piping for efficient water extraction and distribution.
Pump Station Construction
- Foundation & Structural Works – Excavation, concrete pouring, steel reinforcement, and pump housing installation.

Our Construction Managers / Superintendents, deliver all aspects of the projects to achieve quality, cost, and schedule deliverables for clients. They develop and drive the successful delivery of projects, and the point of contact for site all construction-based project delivery, liaising with and managing client relationships, and reporting on-site performance to senior management.
We seek action orientated Construction Managers & Superintendents who gets results – achieves job goals set by self and others, meets timelines, pushes to achieve stretch goals, demonstrates enthusiasm, persistence and tenacity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee trenching, pipe laying, welding a pressure testing for long distance pipelines
- Oversee daily activities on Projects and provide work approvals around work checks, costings and schedules as required.
- Oversee foundation work, structural assembly and mechanical installation
- Oversee daily planning of works and resource allocation.
- Define priorities with Project Execution Plan/s to ensure project is delivered to project objectives.
- Provide input into Project Plans, including but not limited to Quality Plans, HSE Plans, and Process Control Plans.
- Ensure effective and corresponding safety reporting is maintained in liaison with the relevant HSE Manager.
- Monitoring daily planning of construction programs and completion of project activities involved in the Project, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
- Overseeing Engineers in preparing work packages, documentation, and quality requirements for each work area.
- Effectively meets internal and external client needs, builds proactive client relationships, takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
Qualifications and License's:
- Relevant Trade Qualification OR Tertiary qualification in Construction/Project Management OR Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or a related discipline
- Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol test
- Valid Australian Driver's License – C Class Manual
- Up to date and valid client inductions (e.g., Senior First Aid Certificate, Fire training)
- Section 44 Training and certification
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management of small-scale projects (with relevant increments in years of experience in line with the size and scale of the relevant project)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction
- Prior experience in a management capacity, within the construction or resource sector, preferably in Mine Site Water Infrastructure Projects
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing a large team
