Job Description
As a Public Areas Attendant, you'll play a vital role in shaping our guests' first impressions of our hotel. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our public spaces are always immaculate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and conference spaces.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A keen eye for detail to ensure impeccable standards.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
  • A friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, and public holidays when required.
