Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant at Rainforest Bakery, located in Brisbane, QLD. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, providing information about bakery products, and handling sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the display areas, ensuring the bakery is clean and presentable, and replenishing stock as needed. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales and cash handling experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of bakery products is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial
