About the Role

SSH Group, an ASX-listed company, is seeking a motivated and highly organised Receptionist / Executive Assistant to join our team. This full-time permanent position is based at our Belmont office in Perth, WA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage facilities and ensure the premises are presented to a high standard, creating a positive workplace environment
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including coordination of management movements
  • Support marketing initiatives, including coordination of events, and social media content
  • Manage reception as the face of the business, engaging professionally with employees, customers, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a professional presentation and approachable manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the proven capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in marketing and social media desirable
  • Full Australian working rights
