Are you ready to kick-start your career in the dental industry with one of Perth's leading cosmetic and implant dentistry practices?

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Pelago Dental. This is a Casual opportunity offering long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

This casual position requires availability for weekends and on-call duties as needed.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:

Receptionist:

  • Managing front desk operations
  • Booking and coordinating appointments
  • Handling phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting patient care and education
  • Collaborating with the clinical and management team
  • Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks

Dental Assistant:

  • Assisting dentists chairside during procedures
  • Preparing and sterilising instruments to the highest infection control standards
  • Providing patients with a warm, professional and reassuring experience
  • Managing clinical stock and preparing treatment rooms efficiently
  • Supporting the team to maintain seamless daily operations

You'll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
  • Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry
  • Eligible to work in Australia with any form of valid work rights

Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
