About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Feel Good Massage Chairs Pty Ltd as a full-time Sales & Admin Assistant. Reporting to the Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales and Office, providing high-level support to ensure the smooth running of the office and exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting customers and handling enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Demonstrating our range of massage chairs to customers (training will be provided)
  • Liaising with prospective and current customers.
  • Provide admin support to the wider team
  • Support the processing of customer orders and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office procedures and policies

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
  • Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment
