We partner with global leaders including Microsoft, Zoho, Acronis, 3CX, WatchGuard, and Logitech.
We're in a strong growth phase and are now seeking a high-performance Business Development Manager who understands B2B solution selling in the ICT space and thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll take ownership of your portfolio and drive revenue growth through a mix of new business acquisition and account management:
New Business Acquisition
- Generate and close new business opportunities across mobile, internet, UCaaS/Cloud Voice, M365, cyber security, and managed services
- Strategically hunt, prospect and convert mid-market and SME clients
- Present tailored solutions that deliver business outcomes (not just pricing)
- Manage a strong 30/60/90 day pipeline using a structured sales process
- Work alongside technical specialists to win projects and long-term contracts
Account Growth & Retention
- Manage and grow an assigned customer base
- Protect and retain customers by handling port-out threats and competitor activity
- Drive ARPU uplift through solution expansion
- Build long-term executive-level relationships
- Deliver renewals, cross-sell and upsell outcomes
This role requires a sharp sales operator with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of telco or IT services.
You Have:
- Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales (ICT, Telco, SaaS, Managed Services preferred
- A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and strategic selling ability
- Ability to solve business challenges with technology
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Resilience, drive and an elite-level sales mindset
This is a high-performance role with serious earning potential.
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
