About the Role
As a Front Desk Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, creating a welcoming environment while keeping the site running smoothly through high-quality administrative support.
In this role, you will:
- Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reception duties, coordinate client and therapist schedules and resource management
- Provide efficient administrative support including document preparation, and coordination of training
- Support site safety, maintenance activities, and workshop/event setup
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Hindmarsh office. Working days are Monday – Friday, applicants will need to be available to work between the hours of with alternate start times required. Please note: the official job title of this position is Customer Experience Officer.
Knowledge, skills and experience
You'll bring a strong mix of customer service expertise, administrative capability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using client management systems
- A friendly, professional phone manner and the ability to handle enquiries with empathy and efficiency
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A Certificate in Business Administration or similar (desirable but not essential)
A current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check will be required before commencement
