The Opportunity
Electro Careers & Apprenticeships, in partnership with our client, an Electrical Contractor, is seeking a Business Trainee (Project Administration) to complete a 18-month full-time traineeship, leading to a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. This rewarding position provides you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop essential skills, and lay the foundation for a successful career in the industry.
As a Business Trainee, you'll get paid to learn on the job, be provided paid training and receive support throughout your traineeship.
This entry-level role is ideal for school leavers or individuals looking to apply their prior administration experience in a project-focused environment within the electrical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage a diverse range of administrative tasks
- Source, retrieve, and distribute information as required
- Prepare and maintain relevant project forms and documents
- Edit documentation according to corporate standards
- Support for Financial Services
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
