THE OPPORTUNITY
A rare opportunity has arisen for someone experienced in retail sales and who has very specific product knowledge and understanding to support the Gunforce team.
Reporting to the Sporting Firearms Manager, you will professionally and knowledgably guide our clients through the shopping process, from the initial greeting to the final purchase. By providing your professional insight and support, you will help strengthen our client relationships and strengthen the Gunforce brand.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Deliver exceptional and meticulous service to our clients, resulting in repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty
· Collaborate with co-workers to achieve team sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotions
· Inform clients about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations as appropriate
· Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
· Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
· Treat clients with respect and courtesy
· Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding firearms and the safe handling of
· Assist with inventory management
· Arrange promotional material and instore displays
· Responding to client complaints and concerns in a professional manner
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced and professional team member who has
· A valid South Australian Firearms Licence
· Robust knowledge of Firearms and safe handling of firearms
· Customer service skills and the ability to work well with others
· Strong administrative and communication skills
· High level competency in the use of PC's and Microsoft Office suite
· Experience using (sales software package – what is it) desirable
· A genuine passion for the industry and the products we sell
· The ability to be thorough and have attention to detail
· A sensitive and understanding approach
· The ability to use initiative and be proactive
