About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
full-time Accounts Receivable Officer
to join our established team at MCC's Darra plant.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be a key player in our finance operations—ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment allocation, and effective customer account management. You'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to keep AR processes running smoothly and uphold MCC's commitment to excellence.

In This Varied And Exciting Role, You Will

• Manage debtor collections and daily cash receipt processing
• Resolve account queries with customers and sales teams, including credit limits and overdue accounts
• Process credit applications and assess customer credit worthiness
• Reconcile debtor accounts and general ledger monthly
• Generate reports including cash forecasts, bad debt reviews and held order reports
• Maintain accurate records, issue invoices, credit notes and monthly statements
• Working across different accounting systems
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve AR processes
• Collaborating with a supportive finance team that values teamwork and a good sense of humour

About You

• Experience in end-to-end accounts receivable, ideally in high-volume environments
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
• Confident, curious, and proactive in resolving issues and following up
• Resilient and well-organised, especially under pressure
• Strong communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with suppliers
• Comfortable working with ERP systems.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes
• Have eligible rights to work in Australia
