With decades of success and a strong reputation for customer service, we continue to grow – and now we're looking for a detail-oriented Used & Wholesale Automotive Clerk to join our Darra Head Office team.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our Used Vehicle and Wholesale Department. You'll work closely with our management and sales teams, ensuring all administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Processing wholesale and used vehicle paperwork, including contracts and invoices
  • Coordinating stock control and data entry across internal systems
  • Assisting with vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations
  • Reconciling accounts and handling banking or settlement documentation
  • Communicating with buyers, dealerships, and finance providers to finalise transactions
  • Supporting the Wholesale Manager and team with reporting and compliance checks
About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in administration or accounts (automotive industry experience highly regarded)
  • Confident with computer systems and able to quickly learn dealership software
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
