Your new company

A household name on the coast with a reputation for quality homes, from multi-res to investor homes to townhouse developments. They're looking for a Senior Residential Estimator to take on a lead role for their business. Your new role

Working closely with the construction management team, you will take responsibility for producing accurate bills of quantities along with setting budgets for volume residential builds. You will also procure trades and suppliers, being comfortable negotiating competitive rates for materials and labour.

Leading by example, you will also be well regarded for your thorough knowledge of residential construction and ability to liaise with supervisors, suppliers, traders, and subcontractors alike. This is a long-term career position enabling you to be the true Senior Estimator you so desire.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar capacity, ideally working for a residential builder doing Estimating. The focus in this role will be more associated with Sales Estimating, and someone highly experienced who can lead by example is preferred. You will also possess excellent time management skills and be able to communicate effectively.
