The Role

This role combines sales, estimating, and project coordination – but with a stronger focus on sales and customer engagement. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the design and quoting process while ensuring their experience is seamless from first enquiry to project handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to enquiries and developing strong client relationships.
  • Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for new pool projects.
  • Actively following up with leads to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Presenting proposals and guiding customers through design and product options.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to construction.
About You

We're looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and sales-driven. You enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that exceed expectations.

Skills & attributes we value:

  • Proven experience in estimating is essential (construction, pool industry, or related fields).
  • Sales experience and strong customer engagement skills.
  • A trade background (e.g. construction, landscaping, or similar) will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A positive, motivated, and professional attitude.
