The RoleThis role combines sales, estimating, and project coordination – but with a stronger focus on sales and customer engagement. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the design and quoting process while ensuring their experience is seamless from first enquiry to project handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to enquiries and developing strong client relationships.
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for new pool projects.
- Actively following up with leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Presenting proposals and guiding customers through design and product options.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to construction.
We're looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and sales-driven. You enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that exceed expectations.
