The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is already experienced in estimating OR someone from the printing industry who is keen to learn, grow, and take on a leadership role in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for printing and POS display projects
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Provide technical advice and support
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective quoting to support production planning
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships with a focus on service excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry experience in print estimating, printing, or print sales
  • OR a willingness to be trained and mentored into the role
  • A pleasant phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving ability and a creative approach to finding solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Printing Trades Estimator, Printer, or Industry Sales Representative ready to advance to Head Estimator. Related industry professionals also welcome to apply
