What We're Looking For:

  • An automotive industry pro with proven results OR someone bored in a bank role, craving more energy and engagement.
  • An energetic communicator who loves product knowledge and thrives on making sales.
  • Process-driven with consistency in approach and strong follow-through with both customers and staff.
  • A true team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
  • Strong admin and IT skills: accurate, efficient, and organised.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am – 12:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage every customer to present and sell our competitive Finance & Insurance products.
  • Work closely with our New & Used Vehicle Sales teams to support negotiations and close deals.
  • Ensure sales and profit objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide clear communication throughout the sales process with both clients and internal teams
