Opportunity to Manage and Operate a recently renovated beachfront resort at Bargara Beach. It is part of the Star Group business. This is an onsite live in position. We are open to individual manager or management couple to undertake the role.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the resort, with a strong focus on guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing day-to-day resort operations
  • Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
  • Ensuring property presentation and standards are consistently high
  • Driving top-line revenue and achieving financial targets
  • Building strong, professional relationships with residents and staff
  • Identifying and implementing service and performance improvements aligned with business goals
