We are currently seeking a
Operations Assistant (Volunteer)
to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference and play a hands-on role in the growth and success of our organisation.

About the Role:

As Operations Assistant, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the charity. This includes coordinating donations, liaising with major stakeholders such as sporting clubs and sponsors, and assisting with administrative and logistical tasks. You'll work closely with the charity's leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including sporting clubs, sponsors, and partners
  • Assist in the organisation, packing, and dispatch of donated items
  • Manage and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Help plan and deliver charity initiatives and events

About You:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Passionate about giving back and supporting communities through sport

Role Details:

  • Volunteer position (unpaid)
  • Flexible hours – can be adjusted to suit the successful applicant
  • Hybrid role – combination of work from home and at our Epping office
  • Immediate start available
