Personal Assistant to Executive Chef

The Team:

We are a dynamic hospitality team with multiple venues, each offering exceptional culinary experiences. Our Executive Chef leads the creative direction across all venues, and we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hospitality-savvy Personal Assistant to support them in this exciting role.

The Role:

As the Personal Assistant to our Executive Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the chef's schedule and activities across all venues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and filtering job applications for various kitchen and front-of-house positions.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Executive Chef and other chefs, team members, and external contacts.
  • Assisting with menu development, research, and documentation.
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, ideally with exposure to kitchen operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and professional discretion.
  • Flexibility to work across different venues as needed.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a warm and collaborative attitude.
