An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Branch Administration Manager to lead operations, manage a busy branch, and support a dedicated team of seven.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee sales and office administration, coordinate scheduling with customers, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time. You'll be responsible for managing subcontractor availability, ordering and coordinating materials, controlling job costs, invoicing clients, and processing payments. A key focus will be building a strong team culture while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

About YouYou're an experienced leader with a track record in staff management and operational oversight. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you can manage multiple priorities and deadlines confidently. You're professional, customer-focused, and thrive on problem-solving with a can-do approach. CRM or industry-specific experience is an advantage but not essential, and full product and systems training will be provided. A driver's licence may be required.
