At Tashacare, we're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist ready to take the next step into leadership. This full-time Deputy Allied Health Manager role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on clinical work, with a manageable caseload of 15 billable hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead up to 3 direct reports and support up to 15 team members
  • Maintain a small, meaningful caseload (15 billable hours/week)
  • Mentor emerging clinicians and oversee student placements
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals
  • Step in for the Allied Health Manager when needed
  • Drive team performance, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor/Masters in Speech Pathology + current registration
  • 5+ years' experience in community-based practice
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience
  • Strong operational mindset (scheduling, risk management, quality improvement)
  • WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, driver's licence & reliable vehicle
