About the Graduate Program
We know the transition from study to practice can be overwhelming. That's why we've designed a 12-month program to build your confidence, clinical capability and career direction - without burning you out.
Your First Month Includes
- 12-week orientation with shadowing and soft skill development
- No KPIs or billables in Week 1
- Caseload capped at 15 clients
- Group supervision tailored specifically for graduates
- Weekly sessions with your Graduate Program Officer
Billable Expectations Increase Gradually Over The Year
- Month 2: 3 hours/day
- Months 3-6: 4 hours/day
- Months 6-12: 5 hours/day, with a caseload of 25-35 clients
Caseloads are tailored to your interests, location, and experience level - you'll always have a say in the clients you take on.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's licence and own vehicle
Next Steps
- We'll arrange an onsite interview around your availability
- You'll be paired to start with another graduate for peer support
- A personalised professional development plan will be built with your Team Leader
