Neighbourhood Plumbing is looking for a Scheduling & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help drive growth through exceptional client care and smooth coordination across Melbourne.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule daily plumbing jobs for field technicians to maximise productivity.
  • Oversee project planning, including field resource allocation and material coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for upcoming jobs.
  • Assist with purchase orders (POs) and manage cross-system handling between internal platforms.
  • Support the operations team with compliance certification and permit processing.
  • Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and maintain service standards.
  • Support the CSR and sales teams with lead management, membership renewals, and follow-up communication.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, dispatch coordination, and operational reporting.
