Bookkeeper

We have a position for a full-time** Bookkeeper** with an immediate start, working within a small team for a towing company, located in** Airport West**. The role also offers exposure to a wide variety of ad-hoc tasks associated with the day to day accounts and administration of the business and includes, but is not limited to:
**Must be experienced in**:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable functions
- Proficient in accounting system Xero
- Bank Reconciliations
- General administration
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Using a range of IT systems
**Training will be provided for the following duties**:
- Assisting with day-to-day towing allocations
- Coordinating the dispatching of tow trucks
- Provide support to the drivers and operations team
- Customer enquiries.
**You must have**:
- A minimum of 2 years accounts and administration experience
- The ability to multitask, with strong attention to detail
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team, under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good phone manner and people skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to deliver messages effectively
- A strong work ethic.
