Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 2 years of estimating experience in the residential construction sector
  • Experience with Builder Trend software an advantage
  • Contracts Admin background desirable
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook & Excel)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Estimating residential projects including take-offs
  • Creating & letting of sub-contractor & supplier packages
  • Creating & issuing project Variations
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
  • Writing job specific scope of works
  • Creating trade tender packages for works
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Monitoring construction schedules
