About the Role

We are currently looking for a Prestart Consultant to conduct our prestart meetings as well as keeping clients both informed and at ease through their building journey. This is an extremely important role within our business as you are the first point of contact for our clients, as you take them through the steps to build their dream home. This includes being the key point of contact between clients and all other major areas within our company including sales, design, estimating, scheduling and construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Prestart consultations by way of assisting with colour & material selections both internally & externally
  • Coordinating client variations
  • Monitoring job progress & assisting with enquiries
  • The ability to read and interpret architectural building plans
  • Creating addenda and final construction documentation

To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Have a passion for interior design
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have fantastic written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation
  • Strong administration skills
  • The ability to multi-task
