We have a new opportunity for a Pre-start consultant to work with a leading brand within the Residential Construction Industry. Our client has a leading reputation within the Residential market here in Perth. This is a slightly different Pre-start role as you would be investor properties rather than public.

Your new role would see you
- Liaising with investors
- Prestart colour selections
- Assisting estimators, schedulers and supervisors in compiling, reviewing, formatting and submitting documents
- Assisting with preparing contracts
- Maintaining internal systems for client sections.
- At least two years experience in Prestart / Client Liaison.
- As strong initiative and ability to make the role their own
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- The ability to work autonomously on given tasks where required
- A flexible can-do attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed
- Experience in the building industry would be highly regarded.

This role offers a salary range from $60 - $75k plus super, on-site parking, social club and a great team environment.
