We're currently seeking an experienced New Home Administrator / Prestart Consultant to become an integral part of our dynamic administration team. This is a pivotal role within our business, supporting clients from contract signing right through to key handover.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Office Administration Manager, you will guide clients through the entire pre-construction and construction process, providing expert advice, clear communication, and professional support every step of the way. This position is ideal for someone currently working in a similar role who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new home builds through the full administrative process, from contract signing to handover.
  • Conduct initial introductory meetings with clients.
  • Facilitate Prestart Meetings, assisting clients in selecting materials, colours, and finishes.
  • Prepare and manage base Addenda and Construction Addenda.
  • Coordinate and complete contractual documentation.
  • Liaise with local councils, developers, and relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Follow up on finance approvals and land settlements with clients.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Raise and process variations during pre-construction or construction.
  • Schedule and conduct handover meetings with clients as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the residential or commercial building industry (e.g. Contracts Administration, Client Liaison, Prestart Consultant, or New Homes Admin).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software.
  • Accountability and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
