About the role

PowerSmart Solutions is on the lookout for an exceptional Solar & Battery Sales Professional to join our dynamic team, servicing Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a contract position offering an unmatched opportunity to earn over $250,000 plus in on-target earnings (OTE).

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the renewable energy movement, helping homeowners transition to solar and battery solutions. You'll be backed by qualified, warm leads from our in-house call centers—no cold calling required—allowing you to focus on what you do best: closing deals and making a real impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solar and battery solutions
  • Prepare and deliver detailed, professional proposals that highlight the benefits and value of our products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a smooth handover to our operations team for seamless project delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process

What we're looking for

  • A proven track record of success in solar or renewable energy sales, with at least 3 years of industry experience
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and deliver customized energy solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the discipline to work independently and consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets
