Auswell Energy is looking for a skilled and accredited 
SAA Installer
 to join our team. This hands-on role involves installing solar panels, batteries, and associated electrical systems across 
residential (new and established) and commercial projects
, primarily based around the 
Gold Coast
, with travel across Southeast Queensland.

What the role involves:

  • Installing solar panels, batteries, and electrical systems on residential and commercial sites
  • Supporting the wider electrical team with lead-in, rough-in, and fit-off work when required
  • Hands-on installation work with minimal administration
  • Working safely at all times using correct protection and procedures

What you need to be successful:

  • SAA Solar Design & Install Accreditation
     (essential)
  • Current 
    A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Working at Heights certification
  • White Card
  • QLD Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
  • Ability to safely perform physical tasks: climbing ladders, lifting/moving heavy objects, bending, stooping, kneeling, balancing, reaching overhead
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive, and organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT proficient, keen, and energetic
  • Commitment to safe work practices and a team-focused approach
  • Willingness to develop, grow, and take on challenges
