Autobody Prestige is searching for a professional, hardworking, and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Maribyrnong as a full-time Office Receptionist and Junior Admin.As local leaders in vehicle Smash Repairs, we are passionately committed to providing exceptional service.

The Opportunity

As a receptionist and admin, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills to provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of our workshop, with tasks including but not limited to:

● General customer service and administrative duties, payment processing, data entry, and assisting our team with in-person and telephone responsibilities.

● Responding to email and web enquiries from customers, insurers, companies, and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.

● Processing estimates to source quotes from suppliers, repairers, and other vendors for review.

● Upload/submit reviewed estimates into applicable insurance industry systems.

About You

● You bring 1 year of experience in a similar automotive autobody/crash repair administration related role, with a focus on customer service and an eye for detail, along with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of iBodyshop, Microsoft Office, and insurance processes & applications is highly desired.

● The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and members of the public.

● A professional and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and computer skills, and strong attention to detail in all aspects.

● With a positive 'can-do' attitude and a hands-on approach, you thrive on working in a fast-paced, growing environment.

● Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

● The ability to work well within a team and autonomously when required. Punctual and reliable is a must.
