Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $73,222 to $90,332 p.a. (HBEA10-HBEA6)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
About your opportunity
The Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) Department is responsible to support the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) facilitation of safe, effective, and sustainable healthcare services.
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Queensland trade certificate in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Queensland Restricted Electrical Work Licence.
- C Class motor vehicle licence.
- Highly desirable: Arctik Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Highly desirable: QBCC Mechanical Services – Occupational Licence
- Highly regarded: Previous experience in operation and maintenance of Chiller Plant and cooling towers, Commercial Refrigeration, and operation of Building Management Systems.
