Personal Banking Consultant – Aitkenvale

We are seeking an experienced and genuine team player to join our Aitkenvale branch team as our Personal Banking Consultant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.

As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.

This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.

About You

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • FSRA Tier 2 qualification (desired)
  • Lending and/or previous banking experience (desired)
