The opportunity

OneCrew Trade Services is seeking experienced Plasters & Tilers to join our growing team in Townsville, QLD. As a full-time member of our skilled trades crew, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of high-quality building projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

  1. Prepare and apply plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces
  2. Measure, cut and install ceramic, stone or other tiles on floors, walls and other surfaces
  3. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
  4. Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to coordinate project timelines and deliverables
  5. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  6. Adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in plastering, tiling or a related building trade
  2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a plasterer or tiler
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively
  5. Commitment to workplace health and safety
  6. A positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
