World Courier is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in both the Clinical and Commercial departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process and monitor client bookings via email, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.
  • Maintain and update our ERP systems with essential client information and reports.
  • Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.

What we are looking for:

Experience & Education requirements

  • Exceptional written skills as the majority of communication is via email
  • Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within the health industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads.
