Shopify / E-Retail Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Shopify Specialist to take charge of our online store and help drive its growth. If you're passionate about e-commerce, have hands-on Shopify experience, and enjoy creating seamless customer journeys, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on Shopify, including titles, descriptions, images, SEO tags, and pricing.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations such as order processing, returns, and customer enquiries.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate integration between Shopify and our POS/inventory system (ERPLY where applicable).
  • Set up and manage promotions, discounts, and online campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Analyse sales performance, traffic, and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain a smooth user experience across devices, with a focus on mobile optimisation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Shopify store management experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows and online retail best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (highly regarded).
  • Basic design skills in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools (advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
