We have recently partnered with a fast-growing wellness and skincare brand who are seeking a highly organised and passionate operations & logistics specialist to help manage the brands supply chain, keep orders flowing smoothly, and support e-commerce operations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time on operations and logistics (around 70%), with the remainder supporting e-commerce, customer service, and admin (around 30%).
In this role you are going to be at the heart of the business, working closely with the founders and the wider marketing team to ensure their products get from concept to customer - on time, every time.
What will your day to day look like?
Operations & Logistics
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations with the brands 3PL - from purchase orders received to ensuring delivery takes place.
- Liaise with suppliers, and 3PL partners to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory across multiple channels and locations, for both raw materials and finished products, ensuring stock accuracy and optimal levels.
- Track and manage delivery timelines, troubleshoot delays, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Assist with new market entry e.g. compliance with relevant regulations.
*Ecommerce, Customer support & Admin*
- Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, and discounts in Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders via 3PL.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally.
- Support product launches, promotional periods, and gifting initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
