In this role, you'll take ownership of our email marketing and website merchandising, playing a crucial part in driving customer retention, repeat revenue, and on-site conversion. Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & CRM
Plan, design, and execute segmented and personalised email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo that drive repeat revenue, nurture loyalty, and reactivate lapsed customers.
- Optimise and improve open, click-through, and conversion rates through ongoing testing and refinement.
- Promote and support our rewards and referral programs through integrated email strategies.
Website Merchandising & Content
Take ownership of product listings across our websites: upload and maintain copy, images, assets, and metadata.
- Ensure product content is accurate, up-to-date, keyword-optimised, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Update homepage banners, landing pages, and category pages to align with campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Product teams to highlight new releases and seasonal campaigns onsite.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Work closely with the CMO to identify data-driven opportunities to improve the UX of our websites.
- Design and build campaign landing pages that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for conversion.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across email and onsite content to improve engagement and retention.
Collaboration & Creative Support
Work with the Brand Lead to produce creative assets for email, website, and social campaigns.
- Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, engaging, and optimised for performance.
Data & Reporting
Monitor and report on key retention and revenue metrics, including repeat purchase rates, subscription uptake, and email revenue attribution.
- Track product-level sales performance to inform listing optimisation and campaign priorities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing (Klaviyo or similar ESP).
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce CMS platforms (Shopify highly desirable) for managing product listings and content updates.
- Familiarity with eCommerce SEO best practices for product titles, descriptions, and metadata.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO to optimise both email and onsite performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage and maintain product catalogues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- A design background or experience (HTML/CSS basics, Canva/Adobe tools) will be highly favourable.
