Uniform Solutions Specialist

Full-time Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: $70,000 per year + Commission

About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and proactive Sales professional to join our team as a Uniform Solutions Specialist. If you're keen to grow your career in Sales and have a passion for building relationships with customers and offering solutions, we'd love to hear from you

Your role will include:

Identifying potential long term customers and opportunities 

Establishing yourself as a point of contact for new B2B customers

Establishing contact with inbound opportunities and offering product advice and solutions for their uniform requirements. This process can involve:

  • Preparing a proposal including product selection advice and quoting.
  • Consulting with the Sales Coordinator to offer the customer advice on decoration. E.g. Embroidery or Screen printing.
  • Overseeing opportunity to close deals and delegating repeat orders where appropriate.
  • Passing on relevant service tasks to the service team as well as dealing with escalations.

Outbound contact with existing customers to identify opportunities

Ensuring Customer Data is up to date in CRM.

Visiting existing and potential customers within the Sydney Area (possibly interstate) as well as Showroom appointments with Corporate customers.

. You'll need to learn new software systems. Experience in ticketing software and CRM would be highly regarded. We use Zendesk, Netsuite, Shopify and Aircall.
