Justice Haircare is an Australian salon-quality haircare brand, born from Just Cuts, and trusted by stylists and Clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and now Singapore, and Canada. Our products combine salon expertise with active botanicals, delivering real results that are loved by professionals and everyday Clients alike.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist to help build our brand presence, support campaign delivery, and create content that connects with our retail and digital audiences.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Content

  • Manage the content calendar for Justice Haircare across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, TikToks, videos) — working with our in-house designer for graphic design support.

  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships with our community.

  • Support influencer outreach and manage content delivery in partnership with PR agencies.

  • Track and report on social media performance to optimise growth and engagement.

Campaign & Digital Support

  • Support the Marketing Manager to deliver multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and product launches across digital, retail, and salon channels.

  • Coordinate the production and rollout of in-salon displays, product handbooks, booklets, and product education and sales support resources.

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with website updates (Shopify), campaign setup, product merchandising, and digital initiatives.

  • Provide international support by coordinating marketing collaterals and digital campaign assets for Singapore and Canada, including in-store displays, promotional campaigns, and digital assets.

  • Coordinate international expos, events, and awards submissions to support the sales and marketing team.

  • Help produce campaign toolkits and materials for stylists, franchisees, and retail partners.

General Marketing Support

  • Help coordinate photo and video shoots for product launches and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across social, email, website, and in-store touchpoints.

  • Review campaign assets and marketing materials for quality control, accuracy, branding, and consistency before release.

  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, content, and campaign messaging across all touchpoints and markets.

  • Jump in where needed to support broader marketing projects and seasonal activity.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–2 years' experience in social media, digital content, or marketing support (retail, beauty, or fast-paced consumer brand experience preferred). Shopify experience preferred.

  • Strong creative skills with confidence in filming and editing content, plus tools like Canva and social scheduling platforms like Sprout Social.

  • A solid understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and audiences.

  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a small, dynamic team.

  • Passion for the hair & beauty industry and understanding of retail and eCommerce environments.
