Golden Rock Projects is a well-established Private Credit business based in Sydney, specialising in Private Debt Financing. Since its inception in 2018, Golden Rock has partnered with reputable organisations across various industries to assist with their funding needs. As the company continues to expand, it is looking to hire a Assistant Account Manager to join its dynamic team.

As an Assistant Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with client data maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the system.

  • Coordinating and preparing client communications, including sending emails to notify clients about interest payments, account updates, and other relevant information.

  • Collaborating with the account management team to address client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.

  • Assisting in onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and facilitating account setup procedures.

  • Supporting the account managers in preparing financial reports, analysing data, and generating insights for clients.

  • Conducting research and staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance client service delivery.

  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Developing strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth and seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts and investment products.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and supporting shared goals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose solutions.

  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.

  • A genuine interest in the finance industry and a desire to build a successful career in account management.
