CRS is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our VIC Installation team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of CRS equipment and systems across major projects, while leading site teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage installation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate installation teams and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain project schedules, procurement plans, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast labour and cash flow, and prepare cost reports.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and site representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
  • Prepare variations, quotations, and support training and process development.
  • Participate in project lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
