Your new role

Are you a natural communicator, with exceptional people skills and a knack for managing complex projects whilst building strong client relationships?

My client is seeking an Account Manager / Project Manager to join the team and help deliver exceptional display solutions for exhibitions, retail activations and brand experiences.

This is a pivotal client-facing role, for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the unique demands of the display and events industry.

Your day-to-day looks like:

  • Being the primary point of contact for clients from brief to delivery, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including design, production and logistics to bring concepts to life.
  • Interpretation of client briefs, translating them into actionable production plans.
  • Attendance of site visits, installations and client meetings to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identification of opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in project management within exhibitions, events, custom display environments or shopfitting and joinery.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of production processes, materials and installation logistics.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
