Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a very reputable agency in the Doreen area with a fabulous culture and many other benefits and perks. The successful candidate will be taking over an extremely well managed portfolio with great support including full administration, leasing support and field services assistance.

They want your focus and priority to be your client communication, expectations and requests, so this role would particularly suit a Property Manager who is extremely client relationship focused.

You will handle day-to-day property management tasks including lease renewals, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communication. All properties are located within close proximity to the Doreen and Whittlesea offices and you can mix it up and chose which office you wish to work from.

Skills and Experience

  • Great attention to detail and excellent customer service
  • Current Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Real Estate Services
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
  • Drivers License and reliable car
